The annual Shufflers dinner dance is fast approaching so it's that time of year when we ask those of you who are the current holders of a club trophy if they could kindly return them, if you haven't already done so, so we can have the engraved in time for the awards ceremony.
Well done to Richard Price who was flying the Shuffler flag in the Berlin marathon on Sunday. He finished in a brilliant time of 2:54:57.
Sunday also saw four Shufflers turn out for the Bury Ditches trail race in Lydbury North. Val Swingler finished 1st in her category and 2nd lady overall. The other Shufflers who rane were Mark Jones, Ian Jackson and Richard Paddock.
Finally, four Shufflers took part in the first Aldrigge Duathlon. Alan Morris, Liz Hird and Les Rowlinson were all first in their categories and Jackie Hendrie was 2nd in her category.
Well done all, some great results for the Shufflers!
