All our road sessions (Monday and Wednesday evenings and Thursday, Friday and Sunday mornings) are non-bookable so members can just turn up and run with the groups provided. Our Thursday track sessions remain bookable to manage the numbers of runners on the track.

Our Committee

Whilst many members help to ensure that our club nights run smoothly, we operate with a nominated committee. These positions are filled on a rotational basis and details of the periods of service can be found within the club constitution. Nominations are normally sort prior to the AGM and members have the right to cast thier vote at the meeting.

Should you have a specific query about any part of the club's organisation or operation, then use the emails accordingly. As we rely upon the support from volunteers, please allow reasonable time for a reply.
