England Athletics have confirmed that clubs, groups, coaching and competition will be able to return outdoors from 29 March. There is a roadmap detailing what the various stages are, on the website.

Each Stage has been outlined via an infographic available.

Road Running

We are happy for prospective members to try us out! 

You can join up to three sessions for free, after that they need to either pay their joining subscription fees to become paid up Club members to continue training with us or stop attending if they feel we are not for them.  To try us out just look up what training we supply under the Training/Events Header and turn up (no booking or pre-notice required) - just remember to let the Run Leader know (at the start of the session when introductions are made) that you are new and just trying out the Training Session and Club before deciding to join or not

Road Running is held on a Monday / Wednesday at 7.00pm, and Thursday / Friday at 9.30am

11Members are welcome to use these routes but are asked to stay off them at club run times/days. 
Please note: Meeting points are being always being reviewed and we ask that you familiarise yourself.

12Whilst there are no strict rulings surrounding groups, we use a system of approximate distance as a guide for the pace and effort required for each session. We want you to enjoy your running with the club and would suggest that you join a group that you are able to cope with the distance/work rate. We split our running into four main groups with a periodic beginner's group. CLICK HERE to see the separate groups
